Launched at the 2011 IBS in Orlando, the CAMO Brand quickly established itself as the most forwarding thinking deck fastening brand in the industry.
From the foundation products, (CAMO Edge Fasteners and Marksman Pro Tool) to our latest innovations, (Edge Clips, the Lever and Drive tools), our singular focus is to help the CAMO installer make the deck installation experience easier.
And our vision? To be the expected Brand found in the hands of any deck installer assembling cool outdoor living spaces for folks just like us.

You will join an Executive Team comprised of leaders seasoned in their respective area of assignment. This is a team that leverages and leans on each other to build our culture, develop our people and create our future.
Your assignment will be to develop and drive the global growth plans for our CAMO Brand. From new product innovation, brand messaging and connecting with users on job sites, your influence will be transformative.
You will lead sales, product development, product management, marketing team members and more.
You will have a sales team of CAMO enthusiasts who will largely focus on those folks installing decks. Your team will introduce, train, teach, influence and help these users improve their installation experience. Your team will be outstanding at listening and asking insightful questions as they seek that next new CAMO innovation.
You will partner in leading every key CAMO channel relationship, from OEM, to home center, to distributor, dealer and e-commerce, your thoughts will have an impact.
This is not an assignment for a first timer. This is an assignment for a forward thinking leader who has built or has had a key role in building a global brand.

Think of a brand you love. You use it over and over again. You count on it. It delivers every time. So, you engage with it, every time. It may be something as simple as your toothpaste, or coffee. Could be a clothing line, golf clubs or choice of car you drive. Regardless, there is something about that brand experience that calls you back.
It will be impossible for you to achieve this assignment without “getting” the endearing value of the CAMO brand. CAMO doesn’t fit into someone else’s “finished good”. CAMO embodies a unique experience inviting the user to return – again.
Additional key requirements for this Assignment include:
- Character matters to us and it should matter to you.
- A brand leader or similar leadership role.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- History of leading aggressive product initiatives accomplishing significant growth.
- Served on an executive or other leadership team.
- Accountability for profit/loss, market share/growth performance.
- Global experience in Europe, Australia, Scandinavian countries and Canada a plus.
- Respected by your peers, customers and suppliers for your integrity and critical thinking.
- Consumer Brand experience.
- Lead a Sales Team that delivers brand conversion at the field user level.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and direct initiates across organization.
- Retail (Home Center), Building Material Channel Leadership a must.
