Your assignment
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and enhancement of National Nail's eCommerce performance - focusing on online Home Center platforms (HomeDepot.com, Lowe's.com, etc.), Amazon, and other customers and marketplaces.
This person will work closely with the Home Center Development Manager to both identify and operationalize opportunities for growth through data-driven analysis & strategies. This person ensures that every product listing is perfect, inventory is tracked, and the customer experience is seamless. They are the engine room and "power user of the eCommerce platforms.
Essential duties:
- Maintain and optimize all product data and digital assets for listing pages in coordination with marketing and brand teams, leveraging data and experience to drive continuous performance improvement, staying ahead of competitors and leading the industry.
- Directly oversee digital shelf integrity by auditing product pages, converting marketplace data into actionable improvements, and delivering detailed performance reports.
- Drive sales through the eCommerce channel through retail media campaigns, optimizing budget allocation and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Launch new products in an efficient and timely manner, collecting, creating, and uploading all needed content and data for in-store and online items.
- Manage licensee product categories from end-to-end including product data collection, content coordination and uploading to platforms.
- Partner with marketing and brand teams in answering and directing product related questions, adjusting verbiage or imagery on site to accurately depict the product and funnel other requests to appropriate resources.
- Respond to and synthesize product reviews to evaluate opportunities for improvement in product detail page content to better guide shoppers and provide consumer product feedback to relevant groups.
- Understand and maximize placements on category pages to raise brand awareness and attachments.
- Analyze weekly POS data, inventory levels, and digital "out-of-stock" rates to provide actionable insights and drive operational accuracy.
- Monitor competitor pricing and assortment to ensure our brand remains the first choice for the "Do-It-Yourself" and "Pro" customer.
- Issue troubleshooting and resolution as it pertains to job responsibilities.

Required skills:
- Performance analytics - ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to proactively adjust business strategy.
- Digital savviness - knowledge of or ability to learn digital tools quickly - PIM/DAMs, customer portals, analytics tools, etc.
- Technical comfort with CSV files, bulk uploads, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven work experience in eCommerce, online merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of data and metrics used to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Successful track record in driving eCommerce sales through retail media advertising, with a history of achieving targeted results.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital copywriting.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, a strong ability to derive actionable insights from data with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Iniative to take on new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.
