E-Commerce Specialist - Home Centers

Your assignment

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and enhancement of National Nail’s e-commerce performance - primarily focusing on online Home Center platforms (HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, etc). This person will work closely with the E-commerce & Analytics Manager to both identify and operationalize opportunities for growth through data-driven analysis & strategies.

Essential duties:

  • Maintain and optimize all product data and digital assets for listing pages in coordination with marketing and brand teams, leveraging data and experience to drive continuous performance improvement, stay ahead of competitors and lead the industry.
  • Manage the use and operations of our Digital Shelf Software, converting insights into actions and reporting out on the performance of our product pages.
  • Drive sales through the e-commerce channel through retail media campaigns, optimizing budget allocation and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Launch new products in an efficient and timely manner, collecting, creating & uploading all needed content and data for in-store and online items.
  • Manage licensee product categories from end-to-end including product data collection, content coordination and uploading to platforms.
  • Partner with marketing and brand teams in answering & directing product-related questions, adjusting verbiage or imagery on site to accurately depict the product and funnel other requests to appropriate resources.
  • Respond to and synthesize product reviews to evaluate opportunities for improvement in product detail page content to better guide shoppers and provide consumer product feedback to relevant groups.
  • Understand & maximize placements on category pages to raise brand awareness & attachments.
  • Issue troubleshooting and resolution as it pertains to job responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, digital marketing or related field.
  • Proven knowledge of data and metrics used to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Successful track record in driving e-commerce sales through retail media advertising, with a history of achieving targeted results.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, a strong ability to derive actionable insights from data with a strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative to take on new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.
